News for 2019!

I have brought on a manager to handle my bookings, marketing and advertising, upcoming recording sessions, and even wardrobe. We are expanding the venues where I will be performing this year as well, and it is very exciting with the “entertain and educate” realm. In addition to my concerts, I am still quite involved with the development of three senior choruses in the Rochester region. These folks can sing! All in all, I am looking forward to another banner year. Thank you all for your support.

Cruise Entertainment

I don’t do a lot of vacations with my busy performance schedule, but I just returned with my family from a Caribbean cruise. My Dad is turning 90, and taking all of us on this cruise was his way of celebrating. It was so much fun, and WARM! You know, they always say that the food on board ship is wonderful, but the best part of this cruise for me was the entertainment. The nightly shows were so well done, with large-cast choreography and musical arrangements worthy of Broadway.

Georgia Bridgwater, Joe, and Will ForakerI was not part of the entertainment on this cruise, but while on board ship, I befriended the two entertainers you see in the photo. To my right, is the lovely and beguiling Georgia Bridgwater from the UK who has become my favorite female vocalist! She sang Adele songs as fine as the originals, and when she sang “My Funny Valentine” , my jaw dropped! She will have a CD out soon, be sure to look for it if you like standards and Jazz. The fellow on my left with the winning smile is Will Foraker, a truly gifted pianist who entertained us almost every night. I’m not easily impressed, but these are two people I’m not soon to forget, and Yea, I had a blast on this cruise!

Look Out, 2014!

2013 was a great year, my busiest ever as an entertainer. In addition to many solo concerts, we featured Christmas choir concerts at all three Legacy locations in Rochester to capacity crowds. Hey, these folks can SING, and were well supported by family, friends and fans! Special thanks as well go out to the amazing activities groups at these locations who make it all happen. I am pleased to report that I will continue in the new year as Choir Director at all three Legacy locations at Erie Station, Clover Blossom, and Fairways.

2014 looks even better with a very active performance calendar. I have several new venues to add to my calandar, as I am booking my “regulars” first. Special thanks to all my supporters, and a very sincere wish to all for a healthy and happy 2014.

July 2013 News

I grew up playing the organ, and even selling them (in a former life) as a college student. I was asked to perform an organ concert a couple of weeks back on a sweet instrument in Henrietta. Thanks to all my fans who attended, what a great time!

We just completed two patriotic summer choir concerts, one at Legacy Erie Station and the other at Legacy Clover Blossom. Both events were standing room only, and both choirs recieved a standing ovation. Thanks to all family and friends who supported us at these shows!

“Clover Blossom Singers” – Choir Number 2!

I have again been honored by the Legacy group, by being asked to direct the choir at Clover Blossom in addition to Erie Station. This is so much fun for me, as I visit each location weekly to sing with these wonderful vocalists. We perform two annual recitals with each choir, one in the summer, and another at Holiday time. I select our songs from my own extensive collection of music which I perform daily in my concerts throughout Western NY.
